This PR adds the Xamarin Essentials docs to .NET Maui.

Internal preview page

Essentials naming has been scrubbed.
Namespaces updated
Majority of code is pulling from snippets system
Features of VS that aren't working are commented out (like the android manifest editor)
Detailed and used the IType variants of Type (IBattery for example)
Code examples use the .Current or .Default property.
