We need to wait for a updated version of the eoapi helm chart to be published with the changes from developmentseed/eoapi-k8s#60

jupyterhub instance is available at: https://jupyter.ifrc-risk.k8s.labs.ds.io/ (uses github login, only users from devseed org can log in)
