This PR converts the MPU6050 driver to the new API. Only the last commit is relevant; earlier commits back-port #21565 to the topic-gpio branch.

Sigh. Again, docs are appearing in two different PRs. Not sure which PR is going to win.

DNM until #21565 is merged to master and the topic branch rebased on that.

Use new configuration API, replace callback enable/disable with
interrupt enable/disable, and set active level in devicetree source.
