/tests/subsys/logging/log_core compilation fails on nios2 platform

Compilation fails with error:

> Unable to reach log_dynamic_test (at 0x004001f0) from the global pointer (at 0x00408628) because the offset (-33848) is out of the allowed range, -32678 to 32767.

It is not a memory size issue but rather looks like invalid instruction used. 

Alter_max10 and qemu_nios2 platforms has been  disabled in that test in #10045.
