Code Review
This PR from Snyk aims to fix a security vulnerability by upgrading axios. The change correctly updates axios in templates/app/package.json. However, it misses a similar required update in templates/react-app/package.json, where axios is also used and remains at the vulnerable version. To fully address the security risk, it's critical to apply the same version upgrade to the react-app template. As this is a major version bump, please ensure thorough testing for any breaking changes.

Code Review
This PR from Snyk addresses a security vulnerability in axios by upgrading it to version 1.12.0. While the change in templates/app/package.json is correct, the fix is incomplete and misses another vulnerable file.
Critical Issue: Incomplete Vulnerability Fix
The templates/react-app/package.json file also includes the vulnerable axios dependency (^0.27.2) but was not updated in this pull request. This leaves the react-app template vulnerable to the 'Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling' issue. To fully remediate the security risk, it is crucial to upgrade axios in templates/react-app/package.json as well.
Please update the dependency in templates/react-app/package.json:
- "axios": "^0.27.2",
+ "axios": "^1.12.0",As this is a major version update, please ensure to test the application, especially the API calls in templates/react-app/src/apis/index.ts, for any breaking changes introduced by axios v1.

While upgrading axios resolves the security vulnerability for this template, it appears this dependency might be unused within the app template's source code (e.g., templates/app/src/index.ts). If axios is indeed an unused dependency for this template, the best practice would be to remove it entirely. This would reduce the final bundle size and minimize the project's attack surface.
If it's intended as a placeholder for developers, then this upgrade is acceptable.

Code Review
This PR correctly upgrades axios in templates/app/package.json to fix a security vulnerability. However, this update is incomplete as templates/react-app/package.json still uses the vulnerable version of axios. It is critical to update the dependency there as well. Additionally, since this is a major version upgrade with potential breaking changes, thorough testing is required after updating. When updating the react-app template, pay special attention to axios usage in templates/react-app/src/apis/index.ts, particularly around error handling, which could be improved with better typing like AxiosError.

While this upgrade is correct, the same dependency in templates/react-app/package.json has not been updated. It is still using the vulnerable version ^0.27.2. To fully address the security vulnerability and maintain consistency, please update the axios version in templates/react-app/package.json as well.
