I went through [the source for Apple's old linker](https://github.com/apple-oss-distributions/ld64), and compared the versions with [the mapping to Xcode versions on Wikipedia](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xcode) to find the relevant Xcode versions for these features. r? compiler
