Why did you open a new PR? PR CI failing doesn't block anything and the bors failure was a spurious one which it was already told to retry.

bors hadn't actually marked it as having succeeded, but I just wanted to see it run through it fully to make sure it was fine. Mostly because there was a tidy issue in miri before. Otherwise we'd be breaking another rollup for something stupid like code formatting
