Following the collectibles workshop I've noticed that it uses pallet-randomness-collective-flip which is deprecated. I've found out that it's been renamed to pallet-insecure-randomness-collective-flip due to its insecure nature and removed from the docs. However, #1956 proposes to maintain it in the workshop for learning purposes, so I've updated the md to use the renamed pallet for consistency (at least as long as the workshop's logic remains unchanged).
