The building fails because it needs test data from the opencv_extra repository (image and three trained model files). It should pass the unit tests once my PR (opencv/opencv_extra#625) gets merged. |

First PR of GSoC 2019, project of Fanny Monori.
This PR is based on another PR (#2164 ).
It uses extra files for unit tests, opened a PR for that on the opencv_extra repository (opencv/opencv_extra#625).

Adds the ESPCN (https://arxiv.org/abs/1609.05158) super resolution algorithm to the dnn based super resolution module. It includes sample codes and trained .pb files of upscaling factor of x2, x3 and x4.
