This changes the column limit to 120 chars. This also adds a
.git-blame-ignore-revsfile, which is respected by GitHub. To enable it locally, use--ignore-revs-fileon the relevant Git command, or set the Git config optionblame.ignoreRevsFileto.git-blame-ignore-revs.This PR will require a fast-forward merge, since it relies on the stability of the commit hash that changes the formatting.
