TorchIO version should be updated

A bug related to inference with patches has recently been discovered and fixed:

• Fix overlapping in patches aggregator TorchIO-project/torchio#832

This happens only when certain conditions related to patch size, patch overlap and image size are met. I ran again the comparison shown in

• Replace RadIO with TorchIO for patch-based inference #666 (comment)

and results were exactly the same.

We should update the TorchIO version so the bug doesn't propagate to InnerEye.
