[prefer-lowercase-title] documentation, Options still uses old rule name

Hello, `lowercase-name` was recently renamed to `prefer-lowercase-title` in #919, but the documentation wasn't fully updated with the new name, only the title of the page was. The examples in the Options section need updating with the new name.
