Updates rust edition to 2024. A downside is that this raises minimum version to 1.85 for our next hyperlight release (0.3.0).
TODO: For some reason, our signal handler stops working, with the following rust error message
fatal runtime error: failed to initiate panic, error 3. This is unrelated to edition change, and is introduced going from rust 1.83->1.84. The error only occurs in release mode.
