Sourcemaps upload script is missing in the Remix SDK tarball

Steps to Reproduce

1. `yarn add @sentry/remix``
2. check contents of SDK -> no scripts directory

Expected Result

The Remix SDK tarball should include two JS files in its scripts directory which wrap around Sentry CLI to provide an easy sourcemaps upload experience

Actual Result

The tarball does not include these files
