I've just hit it while trying to port SimpifyNameAnalyzer from VF# to FSAC (https://github.com/Microsoft/visualfsharp/blob/master/vsintegration/src/FSharp.Editor/Diagnostics/SimplifyNameDiagnosticAnalyzer.fs#L94)
