Code Review
This pull request adds documentation for new Realtime Database (RTDB) MCP tools to the README.md and improves the formatting of the tools table. The changes are mostly good, but I found a small typo in a tool description and a documented tool that doesn't seem to be implemented. I've added comments with suggestions to address these points.

realtime database is the longest name so unfortunately had to reformat the whole table.
also removed an extraneous file. update_rules is unimplemented
