Using with dependency-review seems to not find cache

I am running the mix-dependency-submission to first submit dependencies and then attempting to run the GitHub actions/dependency-review-action to review any changes in the PR. However, it seems to be unable to find the snapshot of the SHA. Looking over this action, it seems like it is successfully using GITHUB_SHA from the env so I assume it is uploading correctly. I haven't really been able to find ways to confirm that, so am looking for any advice with experience coupling this action with the dependency review action successfully 🙏

Also, the output from this action seems to be truncated. I'm not sure if there is a way I can help provide more helpful info?
