docs: add missing SECURITY to v4.4.7 in CHANGELOG.md
If it exists, the git command failed, and the current branch is
not changed.
If you replace `4.x.x` with the real version, it will be the real
file path.
I don't know what it means in this context.

For consistency.
It is bad practice to output variables without escaping in HTML.
To make it clear that only a part of the code is shown.
