• Rebase Support for non-default dataclass fields #116 to fix Support for typing and dataclass fields #115
• Clean up exception handling and if statements as requested by @bsipocz (Support for non-default dataclass fields #116 (comment), Support for non-default dataclass fields #116 (comment)).
• For fields that don't have a default value, report the default value as dataclasses.MISSING rather than incorrectly reporting the name of the field as the default value.
