There's another mention of Google Groups in common_links.inc. Could that be changed appropriately, too?

@trexfeathers I've removed the mailing list reference and usage, and replaced it with a link to GH Discussions instead. Nice spot 👀 |

This PR swaps the RTD Support links for Google Groups in favour for the GitHub Discussions.
