`<map is="web-map">` looks for `<mapml-viewer>` in condition

The nodeName it looks for is "MAPML-VIEWER" but it is for web-map.js which uses <map is="web-map">. Although I don't think the <map is="web-map"> element is focused, instead it focuses the <div>.
