This PR adds a couple of apps built with EB 4.9.4. The list is taken from the effort to build the stack for Sapphire Rapids (see #947). Since then there may be more apps added. We will add those in a separate PR.
Noted, a bit inconsistent use of commit SHAs. In some cases we use the last commit before the merge commit and in other cases (majority it seems) we use the merge commit.
