It does indeed seem like the patch from https://github.com/easybuilders/easybuild-easyconfigs-archive/blob/main/easybuild/easyconfigs/__archive__/r/RStudio-Server/RStudio-Server-1.2.1335-fix_env.patch is still necessary (at least for EESSI). Without it, when you open a terminal session there are missing environment information that means the module command does not work: with the patch everything seems to work ok. |

Do you mean this recipe ? I checked the patch https://github.com/ComputeCanada/easybuild-easyconfigs-installed-avx512/blob/main/2023/RStudio-Server/rstudio-1.2.1335.patch and the upstream code , and it does not seem to relate with the latest version of rstudio, so I dropped it. |
