Fix undefined behavior in jofilter_index_impl.h

postl_to_parent_ stores -1 for the root node which then results in undefined behavior when accessing postl_to_height_.
This is fixed by only updating p_i if is actually needed (i.e., when we aren't currently processing the root node).
