Added a few modifications for easier usage and debugging:

  • Add a debug publisher of the current orientation as a Pose. This allows visualizing the estimated orientation in rviz as an arrow
  • Change error streams in checkTopicsTimerCallback to show correct topics names even if the topics are remapped
  • Increase maximum orientation_stddev to allow higher stddev
  • add timeout to lookupTransform - to avoid spamming warnings of lookup would require extrapolation into the future

This PR, similar to #192, changes the topic names in the warning message to remapped ones in order to make the message more understandable.
