This commit adds a test in tests/kernel/fatal test-suite, which checks
that the HW stack overflow detection works as expected during a user
thread system call.

Tested on all ARM MPU architectures

  • ARMv7-M (nrf52, sam_e70)
  • ARMv8-M (nrf91)
  • NXP (frdm_k64f)

Tested, also on qemu_x86.
