  • Selecting the LwM2M library should automatically select NET_APP_CLIENT
  • Removed NET_APP and NET_APP_CLIENT in LwM2M samples .conf files.
  • Removed unused CONFIG_NET_L2_BT source in LwM2M samples as there is no .conf file to support BT.

No need for samples to make sure they have this configured in their
.conf files.

NET_APP and NET_APP_CLIENT are now set automatically.

Currently, we don't have a .conf which enabled BT. This will be
re-enabled at some future date after migrating to the full net_app
APIs by setting CONFIG_NET_APP_BT_NODE=y.

…oject-rtos#1424)

The callstack of 2k is causing segfault in BLE stack,
for example, when it starts physical web advertising,
or the Websocket over 6lowpan, increasing
it to 4k fixes the segfault.

Fixes zephyrproject-rtos#1369 zephyrproject-rtos#1421
