Trace32 RTOS debugger support for Zephyr #3593

According to www2.lauterbach.com/pdf/rtos_zephyr.pdf, only Zephyr 1.0 is supported, at which time nano kernel and micro kernel are used. But for Zephyr 1.6 and later, unified kernel support is used now. So it will be helpful if latest Zephyr version can be supported by TRACE32 from Lauterbach.
