Lauterbach Debug Tools Support

As a user of Zephyr I need to be able to use Lauterbach debug tools (http://www.lauterbach.com) for task-aware debug so that breakpoints can be inserted, thread/task variables inspected, and code execution can be stepped/continued.

nothing to do in Zephyr, this is done in the 3rd party tool.
