Add a test on board default configuration

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Boards ported in zephyr should adhere to a default configuration guidelines (#6858).
This guideline eases application portability across boards.

A systematic check would help to enforce this rule.

Add a test that could be run on all boards and generate a warning when configurations does not fulfill requirements
