[FEATURE] Config to disable conflicting rules in eslint-plugin-jsx-a11y

Some of the accessibility rules in this plugin overlap with the rules in eslint-plugin-jsx-a11y. Provide a config to disable conflicting rules in eslint-plugin-jsx-a11y. E.g. config['disable-eslint-plugin-jsx-a11y']

Hi @reteps html-eslint handles HTML syntax, while eslint-plugin-jsx-a11y deals with JSX syntax. Since they target different syntaxes, I don’t think there’s a need to worry about conflicts between them. html-eslint is intended for use with HTML files or template literals containing HTML, whereas eslint-plugin-jsx-a11y applies to JSX files. Could you clarify why you think a disable option is needed in the configuration?

My apologies, I had misread a piece of my own code. I had some JSX code that was affected, but only because it also included a html-tagged template. Feel free to close out the associated PR and this issue 🤦‍♂️
