Several items in this PR:

  • upgrade to Spring Boot 1.4.1
  • simplify Gradle build by removing Gradle setup in each module (with duplication of wrapper and properties)
  • making sure the generated version is unique among all modules (it was not a warranty before) - although I'd rather a proper versioning system like https://github.com/nemerosa/versioning
