Next to the codechecking issues also the functions like Block Commenting and Jump to Declaration often don't work.

As you can see in the Screenshot, sometimes the hotkeys are displayed, somtimes not. If they aren't displayed, they don't work

Is this problem still there with recent versions of Eclipse, or was it fixed in Eclipse somehow? Reopen the ticket, if it is still a problem. For me it works.
