If you use autocomplete for a function (e.g.) the yellow parameter-list appears.
Next to the possibility of enhancements there, having multiple of those makes them stay and lay on top of everything.
You can reproduce this by autocompleting a function and then autocompleting a parameter of that function while the parameter-list is active:

It only goes away if you open the File where the parameterlist was originated and leftclick somewhere.

Should be fixed for most cases now.

There is still a problem if two overlays are active at the same time, but JDT has the same problem, so it is probably an eclipse bug. Maybe we should report the bug there.

To reproduce do something like this with autocomplete: foo(bar())
Then the overlay for foo will be active (but not visible) and the one for bar will be visible. When you switch to another window the bar-overlay is removed and the foo-overlay becomes visible.
