Neither Vala nor Rust work in 45.beta

Vala fails with:

Rust fails with:

Same behavior when bundling locally so it's unrelated to flathub

Ok once I remove the libshumate dependency I get the following

I could reproduce the Vala issue by removing org.freedesktop.Sdk.Extension.vala//23.08 on my host
