Inpainting Implementation Support

Inpainting support was recently added upstream, and is due to be implemented in the C# binding shortly.

Please add support for this new feature in the Python bindings as well.

Hi @iwr-redmond, Inpainting support has now been added as of stable-diffusion-cpp-python 0.2.3.
