Unpin openssl-sys version

Hello @wez,
I am running in some troubles because dependencies on openssl-sys which is currently pinned to v0.9.71.
I am trying to use the sequoia-* crates with openssl backend, and it supports higher versions of openssl.
Would it be possible to unpin the openssl-sys ?

Sorry, I'd already done this in 9e2a00d and published the release to crates.io, but forgot to push to git; the repo now matches what is up on crates.io.
