I just found this in my local git. Unfinished draft. @AlexanderKolberg do you mind taking a look?

I think the idea was that webrpc stream .reconnect() function should accept request arguments. This is important for any reconnection logic, where you can keep the number of last received "event" ID in state. And then reconnect with it.

A pseudo-code:

let lastEventId = 100;

api.SubscribeStream( { lastEventId } ) // id == 100

// receive 100 messages

onError() -> reconnect( { lastEventId} ) // id == 200
