[My Account] Success toast is displayed on failed email update

Error is displayed when updating customer email fails

Actural result

Success toast is displayed when updating customer email fails

Steps to reproduce

1. Log in/Register as a customer
2. Go to My Account
3. Navigate to My profile > Personal data
4. Change email value
5. Click "UPDATE PERSONAL DATA"
6. Insert invalid password and submit form

This is because the potential errors from this api call: https://github.com/vuestorefront/magento2/blob/main/packages/composables/src/composables/useUser/index.ts#L76 are not taken into account in the error check

I've done some research here but just noticed this has the hackaton tag, so I'll leave it up for grabs
