[My Account] Address fields are not populated when customer wants to change the existing address #539

Expected result

When clicking "Change" on Address Details page, the form with an address should be populated with correct (currently set) data.

Actual result

Address form rendered after clicking "Change" is empty.

Steps to reproduce

Prerequisites:

  • Already saved shipping/billing address
  1. Log in/Register as a customer
  2. Go to My Account
  3. Navigate to Address details
  4. Click "Change" next to the saved address
