[PDP, Usability] Add to cart is not disabled while new product configuration is being loaded

Expected result

Whenever customer changes product configuration/attributes (color, size etc.), "Add to cart" button should be disabled/loader should be displayed until new product configuration is loaded.

Actual result

"Add to cart" button is still enabled, therefore customer can add previously configured product to cart as the new configuration is not yet loaded.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to product details page
2. Select required attributes
3. Change one of the attributes again
4. Instantly click "Add to cart" button
