[Bug]:Mobile bottom bar's menu button does not trigger anything on mobile

Expected Behavior

When I click on the "Menu" button in the mobile bottom nav, the pane with root categories should appear.

Actual Behavior

Nothing happen when I click on menu button.

I was thinking about using this component from storefront-ui: https://docs.storefrontui.io/?path=/story/components-organisms-sidebar--common ( https://docs.storefrontui.io/?path=/story/components-organisms-sidebar--common|smart-link ) (just as when you click basket icon) and display root categories there. What do you think about that?

The idea for MVP is to give a possibility to go to a category page on mobile.
