OK, user is able to change edit added address and switch from county with provinces to non provinces one and opposite.

Tested with:

1. Desktop: Chrome 104, Safari 15.6, Firefox 103.
2. Mobile: Google Chrome 104, Safari 15.5, Firefox 103, Samsung Internet Browser 17.
