v-attr in 0.11

Hi,

I'm just testing new 0.11rc release and I have problems with v-attr http://jsfiddle.net/xrado/bp8z9hzt/
Checkbox should disable/enable input, at least thats how it worked in previous version, but it stays disabled. Also writing v-attr="disabled: true" or false don't do any changes, actually attribute don't even get reflected into html.
