All tests pass with tox.
Was not sure about the naming of the option, but
USER_CLAIMSsounded correct according to howIDENTITY_CLAIMis named, but just lmk if you want it named something else, I don't really care (USER_CLAIMS_NAME,USER_CLAIMS_LOCATIONcould be some options).
