Description:
Enhance the search functionality in the video and collection modules and introduce methods for describing scenes and frames and modify the scene indexing method to return different data.

Changes:

• Update Video.search( ) and Collection.search( ) to accept a new parameter index_type with options IndexType.scene or IndexType.spoken_word.
• Add Scene.describe( ) and Frame.describe( ) to provide detailed descriptions of scenes and frames.
• Modify index_scenes( ) to return index_id instead of scene_index_records.
