chore: add missing app/ui/fonts.ts

What’s Changed

This patch adds the missing app/ui/fonts.ts file that the dashboard tutorial’s starter code references but didn’t include. It defines two Google-hosted fonts via Next.js’s built-in next/font/google API:

• inter: system font with the latin subset
• lusitana: display font (weights 400, 700) with the latin subset

By exporting these from app/ui/fonts.ts, components like AcmeLogo can now import them via @/app/ui/fonts without import errors.

Why

When following the official tutorial, running npm run dev yields:
Error: Cannot find module '@/app/ui/fonts'
because the fonts.ts file wasn’t checked into the starter repo. Adding it ensures the tutorial code actually runs out of the box.
