The TaaS-App Integrates with external app called recruitcrm (rcrm)

external_id's are the way to identify and integrate between these 2 application.
jobs.external_id = rcrm.jobid(called as job slug).
job_candidates.external_id = rcrm.jobcandidateid(called job candidate slug)
