[Bug]: Keepkey doesn't properly display error when canceling operations

Current Behavior

When I cancel pin or passphrase entry no error message is displayed but rather displays the following:

Expected Behavior

It should display a nice neat error message.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Run the svelte demo
2. Connect keepkey device
3. Click connect wallet
4. Select keepkey
5. Click scan accounts
6. cancel pin entry
