Pull request on load

Is there a way to pull items on load?

For example an element like this

<div data-url="/loadDiv1" /div>

would call the server with loadDiv1 via web sockets when the page loaded, not on a user action.

Interesting, initially I thought that this functionality would not be required as the server can update any HTML element just by sending the appropriate data down the websocket. But thinking about this further in a more complex application may need a way to trigger content to load from client side in addition to the server side.

Could you have a look at the PR linked to this issue and see if this fits your needs.
